Abundant Hope
Because of God’s great love to us, we should not be afraid; we should not be discouraged; we should not be angry or dissatisfied. “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13. God gives us abundant hope each day through His Word and answered prayer and through the blessings in our lives.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Psalm 43:3-5
Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your tabernacle.
Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy; And on the harp, I will praise You, O God, my God. Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God
For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.
Psalm 147:11
The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him,
In those who hope in His mercy.
