Morning Cup of J(esus)
Fueling the Day!
We continue our study by looking at the references to Christ in the Old Testament that trace His lineage. Then in the New Testament, we show how Christ fulfills all of these prophecies.
Take your time as you go through the passages. Today’s lesson is a little longer, so you may want to read half on one day and half the next day.
The Lineage of the Messiah, our Christ
The coming Messiah would be from the lineage of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and from the tribe of Judah.
Our Messiah would be an heir to the throne of King David.
