Dear God, I Have A Prayer Today

Dear God, I have a prayer today.
Please Lord, do not let me go astray.
Teach me to share your love with others.
Give me peace to spread to my sisters and brothers.

Dear God, I have a prayer today.
Make me better than I was yesterday.
Show me how to give you the time you need,
Lord, without the constant plead.

Dear God, I have a prayer today.
Forgive me for my sins, I pray,
Even the ones I contemplate.
Cover me with your love and grace
Until I see your loving face.

continually praying
On earth as it is in Heaven
Praying without ceasing

Sunday, January 29th

Pray for your church leadership, your church members and their families, and for all of the missionaries and ministries that your church supports. Pray for one person for you to share the Gospel. Today add a prayer that you could be of more service at your home church and those ministries.

Monday, January 30th

Pray for people with whom you work and their physical and spiritual needs.   Today add that God would give you a way to share the Lord with them.

Tuesday, January 31st

Pray for your spouse and his/her needs both physical and spiritual; be in prayer for our military and law enforcement.  Send a card or letter to a service person to provide support or share Christ’s love. Ask the Lord today to give you a chance to minister and share the Gospel with one of these people.

Wednesday, February 1st

Pray for your children and grandchildren and their spouses and their spiritual and physical needs.  Continue to pray for their salvation if they don’t know Christ.

Thursday, February 2nd

Pray for your extended family and their spiritual and physical needs. Share Christ with any unsaved loved ones with a card or note.

Friday, February 3rd

Pray for your friends and any recreational or social groups that you spend time with on a regular basis. Pray for their spiritual and physical needs.

Saturday, February 4th

Pray for your local, state, and federal governments and your country.  Be in prayer for world affairs as well.
