Have you hallowed God's name?
As we are finishing our journey on prayers that hallow God’s name and prayers of adoration, I pray you have learned to change your focus in your prayers. Have you hallowed God’s name?
Matthew 6:9
In this manner, therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
The true reward of prayer is a deeper relationship with the Lord of our prayers. I pray you have examined whether or not you truly hallow and adore God’s name.
Our prayer time should become much less about what you want or think that you need and more about who the Lord is and His great majesty.
Exodus 20:7
You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!”
