Luke 2:14 is one of my all-time favorite verses because it speaks of giving glory to God. And a glory that is highest in praise and holiness. And with the highest glory and praise, comes peace on earth, and goodwill toward all men.
Psalm 19:1
The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork.
“Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”
Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?”
Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.
To God, alone wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. Amen.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
